Product Overview
The extraction tank is mainly used for the normal pressure and low pressure water frying, warm soaking, hot reflux, forced circulation, percolation, aromatic oil extraction and organic solvent recovery of traditional Chinese medicine, plants and animals.

Optional parts
The extraction tank can be equipped with condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, foam catcher, filter and liquid medicine pump. The oil-water separator is mainly used for alcohol extraction and oil collection operation. According to the process needs of customers, the mechanical mixing device can be configured in the extraction tank to drive the movement of raw materials during the extraction process, speed up the mixing, effectively prevent the liquid medicine with small specific gravity from floating on the upper surface of the solvent and infiltrating insufficiently, improve the extraction effect and shorten the extraction time.

working principle
The whole extraction process of the extraction tank is completed in a closed circulable system, which can be extracted at normal pressure. The equipment designed for the inner tank shell according to the pressure vessel can also be extracted at low pressure. Whether it is water extraction, alcohol extraction, oil extraction or other purposes, the specific technological requirements are determined by the customer according to the drug performance requirements.

1. Water extraction: Put water and traditional Chinese medicine into the extraction tank according to a certain technological ratio, and start to provide heat source for the interlayer (with jacket). After boiling in the tank, reduce the supply of heat source and keep the tank slightly boiling.
