Operation Principle

Feeding Stage

In this critical phase, the material—be it liquid, semi-liquid, or slurry—is methodically introduced into the grinding chamber via a hopper or pipeline, ensuring a controlled and consistent flow.
Rotor-Stator Interaction

A state-of-the-art high-speed rotor, operating at an impressive 3,000 to 10,000 RPM, works in conjunction with a stationary stator, creating a finely adjustable gap (typically between 0.01–5 mm).
