Enhance the functionality of your extraction tank with the addition of several optional components: condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, foam catcher, filter and liquid medicine pump. The oil-water separator is a crucial component in alcohol extraction, efficiently separating oil during the collection process. Tailor your extraction tank with an optional mechanical mixing device to enhance the movement of raw materials. This feature significantly accelerates mixing, ensures comprehensive infiltration, prevents light liquid medicine from floating, and optimizes the extraction process, thereby reducing the overall time.

Working Principle
Our extraction tank operates within a sophisticated closed circulatory system, delivering precision in extraction at both normal and low pressures. Designed with pressure vessel standards, it accommodates water, alcohol, and oil extraction, among other applications. Specific technological parameters are customizable to meet customer-defined drug performance needs, ensuring unparalleled adaptability.

1. Water Extraction: Initiate the process by combining water and traditional Chinese medicine in precise ratios. By supplying heat to the interlayer (jacketed), bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, modulate the heat supply to maintain a gentle simmer, ensuring optimal extraction conditions.

2. Alcohol Extraction: Combine the drug and alcohol in specified proportions within the tank. Upon achieving a sealed system, provide heat through the interlayer (jacketed). As the tank reaches the required temperature, reduce the heat to sustain the process temperature for the necessary duration. This ensures complete dissolution of active ingredients into the alcohol. The vaporized alcohol is condensed into liquid form via the condenser, ready for distillation and reuse. Enhance efficiency with forced circulation, utilizing a pump to draw liquid from the tank's base and reintroduce it through the top inlet.

3. Oil Extraction: Introduce traditional Chinese medicines with volatile oils and water into the tank in precise ratios. Supply steam heat through the interlayer (jacketed) to reach the evaporation threshold. Regulate steam inflow to maintain the tank temperature as per process requirements. Following extraction, cool the aromatic volatile oil using the cooling system and separate it from the liquid via the oil/water separator, ensuring purity and quality.
