Product Overview
The extraction tank is an advanced apparatus primarily utilized for a myriad of processes such as normal and low-pressure water frying, warm soaking, hot reflux, forced circulation, percolation, and the aromatic oil extraction. It is also used for the efficient recovery of organic solvents from traditional Chinese medicine and diverse plant and animal sources.

Optional Parts
The extraction tank can be enhanced with a condenser, a cooler, an oil-water separator, a foam catcher, a filter and a liquid medicine pump. Particularly, the oil-water separator is pivotal for alcohol extraction and oil collection. Tailored to meet customer-specific process needs, the system can incorporate a mechanical mixing device within the tank. This facilitates efficient movement of raw materials, accelerates mixing, prevents lighter liquid medicine from surfacing, enhances extraction efficiency, and significantly cuts down extraction time.

Working Principle
The extraction process unfolds within a closed, recirculating system capable of operating under normal or low pressure, depending on design specifications. Adaptable for water, alcohol, or oil extraction, the equipment is versatile, and the technological parameters are meticulously set by the customer in alignment with drug performance requirements.

1. Water extraction: Combine water and traditional Chinese medicine in the tank according to a precise technological ratio. Initiate the heat source for the jacket, and post-boiling, moderate the heat supply to maintain a gentle simmer within the tank.

2. Alcohol extraction: Introduce the drug and alcohol into the tank following a specific ratio, ensuring the system remains hermetically sealed. Heat the jacket until reaching the required temperature, then reduce heat supply to sustain the process at the desired temperature, ensuring complete dissolution of effective ingredients. The vaporized alcohol is condensed back to liquid form, stored for reuse, and can be pumped for forced circulation to enhance system efficiency.

3. Oil extraction: Insert traditional Chinese medicines containing volatile oils and water into the tank per a defined process ratio. Heat is applied via the jacket until reaching the necessary evaporation temperature. Maintain this condition per technological requirements. The resulting aromatic oil vapor is subsequently cooled through the system, allowing the oil and water to be separated effectively via the oil/water separator.

Optional stirring speeds, ranging from 25~40 r/min, significantly enhance the extraction process, offering both precision and control.
