Harnessing the power of electricity, the emulsifier pump transforms electric energy into dynamic rotational force. This high-speed rotor action generates an intense shear force, effectively pulverizing and emulsifying the products to be mixed. The result is a seamless discharge from the base of the emulsifier pump, ensuring optimal mixing and blending performance.

The high shear dispersing emulsifier is engineered to effectively, swiftly, and uniformly blend one phase or multiple phases into another continuous phase, often where these phases are mutually soluble. The rotor spins at high velocity, creating an immense force through its high tangential speed and mechanical frequency. Consequently, materials within the narrow gap between the stator and rotor are subjected to powerful mechanical and liquid shearing forces, centrifugal forces, pressing, liquid fractionation, and tearing. This process ensures that solid, liquid, and gaseous materials are rapidly and evenly dispersed and emulsified, resulting in superior production outcomes. With the integration of suitable additives, the end products boast stable, high-quality standards.
